How every engagement is structured
Every engagement at Pavonis follows the same underlying pattern: document review before advice, scope agreed in writing before work begins, and client explanation at each stage before the next is approved.
This is not an unusual approach — it is, in fact, the approach that legal work has always demanded. What differs at Pavonis is the consistent application of these standards, regardless of the complexity or size of the matter.
Timelines are determined by the matter itself and by the client's pace, not by an internal schedule. Clients are not rushed through stages to clear a file. The engagement concludes when the work is properly done.

Shared Standards
What applies across all services
Confidentiality
All client information is handled with strict confidentiality as a matter of professional obligation. This is not optional and does not require a separate agreement.
Written engagement letter
Every engagement is preceded by a written engagement letter confirming scope, timeline, and fee. No chargeable work begins without this being in place.
Senior practitioner involvement
Senior lawyers remain directly involved throughout each engagement. Client matters are not reassigned to junior staff after the initial meeting.
English throughout
All consultations and written summaries are in English. Thai-language documents are reviewed in their original form and explained in English.
Document review before advice
Advice is offered after, not before, the relevant documents have been reviewed. This fundamental principle shapes how all Pavonis engagements are structured.
Client-paced process
Engagements move at a pace that allows clients to understand each stage before it is approved. There is no internal pressure to move quickly through client matters.
